About the event
Event details:
You're welcome to show up as you are, or bring your little one(s). We have plenty of space in the studio as well as a private room and restrooms. Feel free to bring a stroller, car seat, or wear your baby in a carrier. Exercises will have a mix of using the baby as weight or using the Pilates ball.
Equipment needed: a yoga mat and any snacks/toys for your little one.
