About the event
Join us for a 30-minute low-impact exercise class designed for Moms at all stages of motherhood (including prenatal!) No equipment needed-just bring your little one and some water! We will lead right into the 9:00 tumbling session after we finish.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
No equipment needed! We will work with bodyweight as well as use Pilates balls which are provided.
