Strong core. Strong body. Strong mama

Motherhood is full of lifting. From scooping up our babies, carrying car seats, wrangling toddlers, or even loading groceries into the car, our bodies are constantly moving, bending, and bearing weight.

But here's the thing: lifting children isn't light work. Babies grow quickly, and those daily movements demand strong muscles, stable joints, and a healthy pelvic floor. Without proper mechanics, these everyday tasks can lead to pain, injury, or setbacks in your postpartum recovery.

That's why learning to move well before jumping into heavy lifting or high-impact workouts is so important.

As a postnatal specialist and toddler mom, I get it. That's why I will guide you through safe, effective exercises that:

  • Reconnect you to your core and pelvic floor

  • Teach you proper lifting mechanics that carry into motherhood

  • Help you build functional strength for the real-life demands of raising kids

  • Support your body's recovery while also preparing you for more advanced fitness

You'll get personal instruction and feedback in a  small, intimate group setting designed for moms just like you. No judgment, no pressure, just encouragement and progress. And yes, you can bring your little one along with you!

Here are the Details (PLEASE READ):

We will meet weekly, every Tuesday from 9:30 - 10:15 am at Crossfit Shearforce in Pooler. We will have this time to ourselves, no worrying about people around us in the gym. Your baby can come along, so bring your stroller and any snacks if you'd like.

There will be 3-4 moms in the classes to keep it intimate.

To experience the full benefits, I ask that all participants commit to the 4-week series, as each session will build upon each other. However, you will have access to me as your coach if you have questions outside of class.

Please note, you may be included in pictures or videos as part of my online workout library or advertisements for our online program.

Payment is due in full prior to the first class and you will be required to sign a waiver when you attend. There are no refunds for this class series.

If this sounds like exactly what you need, sign up today to secure your spot! I can't wait to work with you Mama!
